Dropped Off Bids

Bids dropped off at Hope School. Bids made on Lots 4,8,11, & 12 in Discovery Subd. and Lots 8,9,10,11 & 13 in Percy Hope Subd.

Recon

Sue and Harold, with Jonas and Geo looked around the lot offerings in both subdivisions.  There is   snow on all the land, but the roads are plowed perfectly.  We liked Percy Hope better than the Discovery lots, mostly due to the access to the bluff, and the absence of established homesite messes. Did narrow it down to 5 lots in Percy Hope and 4 lots in Discovery to bid on.
