Jay & Marcia in Seward for Easter and Matt’s birthday, then they checked out the property on their way home, noted a new little cabin up the road on Lot 4 or 5.

FATS Called

Nita at FATS called, she said they received it and would be getting things going.

Called FATS

Called FATS, asked them to let us know when the paperwork first arrived.

Called the Borough

Called Dan Conetta at Borough regarding paperwork.  He said it was in the Mayor’s office awaiting signatures, and would then go to First American Title in Seward (FATS) to be worked up, then returned to the Borough for signatures, then FATS would set up the Closing date.
